How to Setup Products/Services/Packages for CloudBooking

Overview

One of the options for Booking Duration Method in CloudBooking is "Allow Client To Select Desired Product, Service, Or Package."  This option allows you to choose one of your price lists to be used in the CloudBooking interface.  Then your clients can choose a product, service, or package and schedule an event based on that information.  This is most commonly used when you want to charge your clients a fee up front for their event.  

This support article assumes you have already setup your Calendar Types to be used for CloudBooking.  If you have not done that yet then please see this How to Setup Calendar Types for CloudBooking for instructions on how to do that.

How to Setup Products/Services/Packages for CloudBooking

  1. Click on the Point of Sale component
  2. Click on the Settings tab
  3. Click the Manage Price Lists button
  4. Click the New Price List button
  5. Provide a name for the price list
  6. Find each of the products, services, or packages that you want to be available to your clients and click the Add To Price List button
  7. Change the Price as desired for each of the products
  8. Change the Calendar Type to the desired option for each of the products 
  9. Click the Save button

How to Select a Product List for CloudBooking

  1. Click on the Cloud Services component
  2. Click on the CloudBooking tab
  3. Click the Manage CloudBooking button
  4. Click on the Availability Method tab
  5. Select the option Allow Client To Select Desired  Product, Service, or Package
  6. Select the Price List you created 
  7. Click the Save button
