How to Setup and Manage your StudioCloud Employees
OverviewStudioCloud EmployeeBoost is designed to help you manage your employee access to StudioCloud, track employee hours, etc... StudioCloud EmployeeBoost comes with three user accounts and more users can be added an additional fee. In addition, you can setup StudioCloud Virtual Employee accounts for use in the Calendar, time card, or project/task component of StudioCloud. How to Create/Edit a StudioCloud User- Open and login to StudioCloud
- Go to the EmployeeBoost tab under Cloud Services and click on the User accounts button.
- Create a new user or edit an existing user
- Fill in the user information. First and last name are required but we recommend including email address so that your employees can receive CloudBoost alerts.

- Click the Save button
- You must wait for the information to Sync to the StudioCloud server before the user will be able to login
How to Track Employee HoursYou can track employee's time in two different ways. (1) They can clock in and out using the StudioCloud TimeCard Program or (2) they can manually enter in the times they've worked using the instructions below.
StudioCloud Timecard ProgramYou can download the StudioCloud TimeCard program with the following steps: - Open and login to StudioCloud
- Go to the EmployeeBoost tab under Cloud Services and click on the Settings button.
- Click the Install Timecard Program in the TimeCard Program section to open a web page where you can install StudioCloud TimeCard
- Click the Install Now button to install StudioCloud TimeCard
- Once StudioCloud TimeCard is installed open it and login
Tracking Hours Manually- Open and login to StudioCloud
- Go to the EmployeeBoost tab under Cloud Services and click on the Timecard Manager button.
- Select the Employee Name from the drop-down box
- Click the New Time Entry button on the bottom right
- Enter information into the New Time Card Entry form
- Click the Save button
How to Create a Time Card ReportTo find out how many hours an employee worked, follow the steps below. - Open and login to StudioCloud
- Go to the EmployeeBoost tab under Cloud Services and click on the Timecard Manager button.
- Click the More Actions button and select the Create Report option
- Select the time frame
- Click the Create button
- A PDF file will open displaying the hours for all of your employees.
