Explanation of Cloud Services Settings

  • Old Automated Email Reminder System
    • This setting is the old automated email system. It is still available for customers using StudioCloud however we strongly recommend that customers use the CloudAlert email reminder system instead.
  • Export Calender To Third Party Programs
    • This setting lets you export your calendar from StudioCloud to third party services.
  • Online Client Portal
    • This setting provides you with the code necessary to add the Online Client Portal to your website. 
  • Contact Us Module
  • Syncing Options
    • This setting lets you disable the auto-syncing process and manually sync.
  • View Computer Login History
    • This setting allows you to view which computers people are using to login and to also enable or disable computer access.
  • View User Login History
    • This setting allows you to view when and where users are logging into StudioCloud.
  • Manage Computer Security Options
    • This setting allows you to enable or disable access to your StudioCloud account based on approved computers.
  • Manage Platform Settings
  • StudioCloud Traveler
    • This setting provides you with access to the StudioCloud Traveler program for your internet browser

    • This setting provides you with access to the StudioCloud WebApp program for your internet browser or mobile device.
