How to Create/Edit an Organizations*
OverviewThis tutorial explains how to create organizations and add clients to an organization What is an OrganizationAn organization is a group of clients grouped together. Usually tags are used instead of organizations but if you prefer to use organizations you can do so by using the instructions below. DisclaimerStudioCloud does not support running any reports for organizations. If you would like to run reports we recommend using tags instead of organizations. How to Enable Organizations- Click on the Clients component
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click on the Customize Client Fields button
- Click on the Custom Fields tab
- Click on the Enable Organizations Tab checkbox
How to Create/Edit an Organization- Click on the Clients component
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click the Manage Organizations button
- Click the New Organization button or edit an existing organization
How to Add a Client to an Organization From The Organization Window- Open the organization using the instructions above
- Click on the Clients In Organization tab
- Click the Add Clients button
- Add the desired clients to the organization
How to Add a Client to an Organization From The Client Window- Edit the Client
- Click on the Orgs tab
- Double click on the desired organizations
