How to Add a Signature Line, Terms of Agreement, or Tax ID to Invoice*
Overview
This tutorial explains how to add a signature line, terms of agreement, and/or tax id to the invoice. How to Include a Signature Line to InvoicesIt is important to note that the signature line includes a line for a signature and a line for the date. - Go to the Point of Sale component
- Select the Settings tab
- Click the Customize Look & Feel button
- In the Customize Printed Invoice, Estimate and Quote window click on the Additional Information tab
- Click the checkbox labeled Include Signature
- If you want to include more than one signature line you can select the number of lines to include with the Number of Signature Lines option
- Click the Save button
How to Include Terms Of Agreement to Invoices- Go to the Point of Sale component
- Select the Settings tab
- Click the Customize Look & Feel button
- In the Customize Printed Invoice, Estimate and Quote window click on the Additional Information tab
- Enter the terms of agreement in the Additional Information section
- Click the Save button
