How to Create a Map Route*

Overview

For those businesses that have to visit multiple locations in one day StudioCloud has a variety of mapping features built in to the system.  Instructions on how to create a map route are below.

How to Create a Route for Events

  1. Click on the Calendar component
  2. Select the Calendar tab
  3. Click the Agenda button
  4. Select the events that you want to create a route for
  5. Click the Group Operations menu option and highlight the Map Options menu item
  6. Click either the Map a Route Using Client Addresses or Map a Route Using Event Addresses option
  7. Enter the starting location, which will default to your Business Address

How to Create a Route for Invoices

  1. Click on the Point of Sale component
  2. Select the Point of Sale tab
  3. Click the Invoices/Estimates/Quotes button
  4. Select the invoices/estimates/quotes that you want to create a route for
  5. Click the Group Operations menu button and highlight the Map menu item
  6. Click either the Map a Route By Client Address or Map a Route By Event Address option
  7. Enter the starting location, which will default to your Business Address

How to Create a Route for Clients

  1. Click on Clients component
  2. Select the Clients tab
  3. Click the All Clients button
  4. Select the clients that you want to create a route for
  5. Click the Group Operations menu button and highlight the Map Options menu item
  6. Click the Map a Route for Visiting These Clients option
  7. Enter the starting location, which will default to your Business Address
