Overview

Sometimes businesses will want to have the products in an invoice displayed and printed in a specific order.  This support article provides instructions on how to do that. 

How to Put Products in a Specific Order in an Invoice

1. Either create or edit an invoice using the instructions here: How to Create/Edit an Invoice
2. On the far right side of the table that contains the products you will see an up arrow and a down arrow
3. Click on the up arrow for a product to move it up in the list of products or click on the down arrow to move a product down in the list of products
4. Once you have the order you want the products and services to appear in then print or save the invoice
