CloudForms support multiple options when sending a form link to a customer.

A CloudForm is a online blank form that a customer fills out. It can be integrated with esignature contracts, online booking, and various other options.

A personalized Cloudform is a form that is either sent from a client or from a session/event/appointment and is pre-populated with client and/or session information. You can setup the 

How to Send a CloudForm Link to your Customers

  1. Create or edit a client
  2. Click the Email menu option
  3. Click the Email CloudForm To Client option
  4. Find the form that you want to send and click either Get Full CloudForms Link or Get Small CloudForms Link
  5. This will open the Send Email window with a basic message and the link included

How to Send a Personalized Client CloudForm Link to your Customers with Pre-populated Client Information

  1. Create or edit a client
