Currently iOS devices are unable to view the PDF contracts signed in CloudForms using the default PDF reader. Our team is investigating this issue but at this point what we have come up with is a work around. Please note, we have only reproduced this issue on iOS devices. We have successfully opened and viewed signed contracts on Windows, Mac OSX, and Android mobile devices.
How to View CloudForms Signed Contracts on iOS Devices
Install the official Adobe Reader iOS application. Currently this can be installed from https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/adobe-reader/id469337564 but we cannot guarantee that this will not change in the future. Please double-check that you are installing the Adobe Reader by Adobe app before installing the app. You can also find the app by searching for Adobe Reader in the App store
Tap on the link for the signed contract in the email that you receive to open the PDF in Safari
If you see a contract that is empty except for some lines and a signature then tap anywhere inside the contract to open a menu at the top that says "Open in 'iBooks'" and "Open in..."
Tap the "Open in..." option and you will be given a list of applications that support the PDF file.
Tap the Adobe Reader option and it should successfully open and display the PDF
