This tutorial steps through various wedding contract workflow examples

Wedding Contract That Doesn't Require A Deposit

Note: Once a contract is signed an email will automatically be sent to the client with a copy of the contract in it.

All contracts require a contract template. Click here for a tutorial on how to create a contract template.

Here are steps to send a contract to a client.

    • Create or Edit the scheduled wedding on the calendar
    • Click on the "Email" menu option
    • Click on the "Email Contract" menu item
    • Select the desired contract template
      • Edit any changes you would like to make
      • Save the contract
    • Email the contract to the client.

Wedding Contract That Does Require A Deposit

Setup Step 1: All contracts require a contract template. Click here for a tutorial on how to create a contract template.

Setup Step 2: If a deposit is require then a cloudform must be used that is linked to a contract. Click here for a tutorial on how to create a cloudform. 

Here are additional tips for this option:

    • If you are creating a new cloudform StudioCloud recommends you use the "Personalized Wedding Form" sample or the "Personalized Session with Payments" sample
    • Make sure to add the contract template under the settings tab where it says "Contract to eSign" 
    • Make sure to set the CloudForm to require a deposit
    • If you would like an email sent to the client when they finish the form make sure to selet the "Email to Client" option under the settings tab

Here are steps to send the cloudform to the client

  • Create or Edit the scheduled wedding on the calendar
  • Click on the "Email" menu option
  • Click on the "Email CloudForm" menu item
  • Select the desired cloudForm
    • The contract can not be edited when it is associated with the cloudform
  • Email the contract to the client.
