Follow Up Sessions Report

Overview

This tutorial will explain how to use the Follow Up Sessions report. 

This report shows the following:

  • Which consultation has not had a session
  • Which session has not had a sales session
  • Which event/session/appointment has not had a follow up event/session/appointment

Minor Setup Required

This report requires some minor setup. Once the setup is completed all future sessions will automatically work for the report. Previous sessions will require the manual steps listed below to work.

How to Run the Follow Up Report

  1. Click on the Calendar component
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Select the desired time frame
  4. Click the Select Calendar Type button
    1. Select the Consultation calendar type if you want to see which consultations are missing a session
    2. Select the Session calendar type if you want to see which sessions are missing a sales session

Setup StudioCloud To Automatically Link Sessions

  1. Go to the Manage Calendar Types table by doing the following steps:
    1. Click on the Calendar
    2. Click on the Settings tab
    3. Click on the Manage Calendar Types button
  2. Setup Consultation Tracking. If you don't do consultations go down to Setup Session Tracking
    1. Edit the Session Calendar Type (Or your equivalent of a Session calendar type)
      1. Click on the Settings tab
      2. Click the Select Calendar Type button under the 'Automatically Link Previous Session' Header
      3. Click the Consultation Calendar Type (Or your equivalent of a Consultation calendar type)
  3. Setup Session Tracking
    1. Edit the Sales Session Calendar Type (Or your equivalent of your Sales Session calendar type)
      1. Click on the Settings tab
      2. Click the Select Calendar Type button under the 'Automatically Link Previous Session' Header
      3. Click the Session Calendar Type (Or your equivalent of a Session calendar type)

How to Manually Link a Session with a Consultation

This is useful for sessions that were created before the automatic settings were enabled above

  1. Create or edit the session
  2. Add a client to the session
  3. Click the Select Calendar Type button
    1. Select the consultation from the list

How to Manually Link a Sales Session with a Session

This is useful for sales sessons that were created before the automatic settings were enabled above

  1. Create or edit the sales session
  2. Add a client to the sales session
  3. Click the Select Calendar Type button
    1. Select the session from the list
