How to Import Clients From QuickBooks Desktop

Overview

This tutorial explains how to export clients out of QuickBooks on Desktop and import them into StudioCloud

 

Option 1: How to Export Clients to CSV In QuickBooks Desktop

  1. Click on the Reports component
  2. Click on the Customers & Receivables 
  3. Click on the Customer Contact List button

Option 2: How to Export Clients to CSV In QuickBooks Desktop

  1. Click on the 'Excel' down-arrow in the Customer Center menu bar at the top of the screen
  2. Select "Export Customer List" from the pull-down menu
  3. Select the "Export to a Comma Separated Values (.csv) file" option
