How to view the clients that filled out a cloudform

Overview

This tutorial explains how to view the clients that filled out a cloudform

Option 1: View the emails sent to you

You can view the emails automatically sent to you when a client fills out the cloudform. This can be done by just searching through your emails using your preferred email client.

To view which email address was used for the the cloudform do the following steps:

  1. Click on the Cloud Services component
  2. Click on the CloudForms tab
  3. Click on the Manage Forms Button
  4. Edit the CloudForm
  5. Click on the Settings tab
    1. The section called "Email To Business" will show the email address. By default it is the business email address.

Option 2: View CloudForm Logbook

Note: If you get an error message when using the CloudForm try looking at just one day of logbook entries

  1. Click on the Cloud Services component
  2. Click on the CloudForms tab
  3. Click on the Manage Forms button
  4. Click on the Select Actions button and then click on the View Form Logbook button for the desired CloudForm

Option 3: View General CloudForm Logbook

Note: If you get an error message when using the CloudForm try looking at just one day of logbook entries

  1. Click on the Cloud Services component
  2. Click on the CloudForms tab
  3. Click on the Cloudforms Logbook button

Option 4: View Recently Modified Clients

You can view the clients that were recently modified by doing the following steps

  1. Click on the Clients component
  2. Click on the Recently Modified Clients menu bar buttontab
    1. The notes section will show that the client was recently updated from a cloudform

Option 5: Automatically Tag Clients Who Fill Out A CloudForm

You can automatically tag clients when they fill out a cloudform. This is useful if you want to view all of the clients at once or market to them based on the form they filled out.

  1. Edit the Cloudform
  2. Click on the Settings tab and select the tag to use to automatically tag the client.
