Find and edit the client, prospective client, or lead you want to convert

Select the desired client type

Click on Clients
Select the desired clients
Under All Clients Click on the Group Operations menu
Click the 'Convert Client Options'
Select either the menu option 'Convert Selected Clients to Leads' or 'Convert Selected Clients to Prospective Clients'
