Examples of Saved Task Lists

Overview

The tutorial will provide examples of how task templates can be used in the photography industry. Task templates are used to quickly recreate a task that is used over and over again. Please note that task templates are only used to track what needs to be done in the project/order. They are not used to track the status of the order. Project Pipeline are used to track the overall status of a project/order.

Examples of Saved Task Lists for Photographers

  • Example of task templates for a lead
    • Saved Task List: Lead Tasks
      • Saved Task: Send Welcome email 1 hour after lead is added to StudioCloud
      • Saved Task: Send Welcome packet 1 day after lead is added to StudioCloud
      • Saved Task: Call lead to answer questions 3 days after client is added to StudioCloud
      • Saved Task: Call lead to schedule date
    • Follow up notes: Not all of the tasks need to be accomplished but having all of them in the project lets you know what has and has not been done.

      • Saved Task: Schedule event with client
      • Saved Task: Email client requesting an event deposit
      • Saved Task: Call client to get the event deposit
