How to Activate a CloudAlert Automated Email

1. Click on the Cloud Services component
2. Click on the CloudAlerts Tab
3. Click on the Manage All CloudAlert Emails button
4. Edit the desired CloudAlert.
5. Change the CloudAlert Status from Paused to Active.
6. Click the Save button

How to Activate a CloudAlert Automated Text Message

1. Click on the Cloud Services component
2. Click on the CloudAlerts Tab
3. Click on the Manage Text Messages button.
4. Edit the desired CloudAlert.
5. Change the CloudAlert Status from Paused to Active.
6. Click the Save button

How to Pause a CloudAlert Automated Email

1. Click on the Cloud Services component
2. Click on the CloudAlerts Tab
3. Click on the Manage All CloudAlert Emails button
4. Edit the desired CloudAlert.
5. Change the CloudAlert Status from Active to Paused
6. Click the Save button
