View StatisticsHow to View Statistics For A CloudProofing Album- Open and login to StudioCloud
- Click on the Manage Proofing button in the Quick Task window
- Click the Try CloudProofing 3.0
- Edit An Existing Album
- Go To The Actions Tab
- Click The View Visitor Statistics button
Introduction The "View Statistics" window displays the amount of visits to an Album. It is divided into three sections: "Total Visitors," "Unique Visitors" and "Map of Visitors". Albums Visits
This will display the number of times people have visited the album by indicating IP address, city, country and the date they visited. The city may change depending on the visitor's current ISP settings. | Column Name | Description | Visitor IP Address | This is the numerical label assigned to the viewing client's device participating in the computer network (stands for Internet Protocol). | City | This is the city the where the client viewing the album resides. | Country | This is the country where the client viewing the album resides. | Visit Date | This is the date the client visited the album. | Total Visitors | This is the total number of visitors who viewed the album. |
Unique Visitors
This will combine repeat viewings of clients who have visited the album more than once, identifying them by IP address, city, country and the number of times they have visited. | Column Name | Description | Visitor IP Address | This is the numerical label assigned to the viewing client's device participating in the computer network (stands for Internet Protocol). | City | This is the city the where the client viewing the album resides. | Country | This is the country where the client viewing the album resides. | Visits | This is the number of times the viewing client has visited album. | Unique Visitors | This is the total number of unique visitors that viewed the album. |
World Map of Album Visitors This will geographically display where your viewing clients reside on a two dimensional map of the globe.* *Note: If "(Unknown city)" or "(Unknown country)" is displayed in any column of the "Total Visitors" or "Unique Visitors" buttons, that particular client will not show up on the "Map of Visitors."
