- Tier 2 - Trouble ticket and live chat support
- Paid StudioCloud subscribers have access to trouble tickets and live chat.

- Tier 3 - Phone Call/Screen Share Support
- If the technicians can not resolve the issue through trouble ticket or over live chat they will schedule a phone call and/or a screen share to resolve the issue. Please note that it is up to the technicians discretion on when the phone call/screen share will be necessary.
