StudioCloud provides the following tier supports.

  • Tier 1 - Community Forum
  • Tier 2 - Trouble ticket and live chat support
    • Paid StudioCloud subscribers have access to trouble tickets and live chat.

  • Tier 3 - Phone Call/Screen Share Support
    • If the technicians can not resolve the issue through trouble ticket or over live chat they will schedule a phone call and/or a screen share to resolve the issue. Please note that it is up to the technicians discretion on when the phone call/screen share will be necessary.
  • Support Business Hours
    • StudioCloud support hours can be viewed at the following link.
    • StudioCloud technicians are monitoring the StudioCloud services 24/7, however, trouble tickets will only be responded to during regular businesshours.
