How to Create/Edit Saved Tasks for Products, Services, and Packages

  1. Click on the Workflow component
  2. Click on the Settings tab
  3. Click the Tasks For Ordered Items button
  4. Click the New Saved Task button or edit an existing saved task
  5. Enter the desired information
  6. Click on the Associate Saved Task with a Product, Service, or Package button
  7. Select the desired product, service, or package
