Overview

This tutorial introduces you to the functionality available in the account overview section of StudioCloud.

Explanation of Account Overview Main Table and Bar Graph

The main table contains the names of accounts stored in StudioCloud along with the current balance. The Bar Graph displays the current balance for each account.

Explanation of Client Menu Items

• Group Operations
• Select All - Selects all the accounts in the main account list, indicated with a check-mark in the box at the beginning of the row.
• Deselect All - Deselects all the accounts in the main account list, indicated by the empty check-box at the beginning of the row.
• Export Selected Accounts to OFX format (Microsoft Money) - Exports the selected account ledger entries to the OFX format.
  
• Export Selected Accounts To QIF format (Quicken) - Exports the selected account ledger entries to QIF format
  
• Export Selected Accounts To IIF format (QuickBooks) - Exports the selected account ledger entries to IIF format
  
• Export Selected Accounts To CSV format (Excel) - Exports the selected account ledger entries to CSV format
