How to Add a Signature Line, Terms of Agreement, or Tax ID to Invoice*

Overview

This tutorial explains how to add a signature line, terms of agreement, and/or tax id to the invoice.

How to Include a Signature Line to Invoices

It is important to note that the signature line includes a line for a signature and a line for the date.

  1. Go to the Point of Sale component
  2. Select the Settings tab
  3. Click the Customize Look & Feel button
  4. In the Customize Printed Invoice, Estimate and Quote window click on the Additional Information tab
  5. Click the checkbox labeled Include Signature
    1. If you want to include more than one signature line you can select the number of lines to include with the Number of Signature Lines option
  6. Click the Save button

How to Include Terms Of Agreement to Invoices

  1. Go to the Point of Sale component
  2. Select the Settings tab
  3. Click the Customize Look & Feel button
  4. In the Customize Printed Invoice, Estimate and Quote window click on the Additional Information tab
  5. Enter the terms of agreement in the Additional Information section
  6. Click the Save button
