How to Create/Edit Locations for Scheduling*

Overview

StudioCloud EmployeeBoost allows you to schedule events on the calendar for specific locations.  Doing this allows you to schedule multiple events at the same time for different locations while alerting you if you try to double book the same location.  This tutorial provides instructions on how to setup your locations.

How to Create/Edit Locations

  1. Go to the Calendar component
  2. Click on the Settings tab
  3. Click the Manage Locations button
  4. Click the New Location button or find and edit an existing location

How to Setup the Location Business Hours

  1. Go to the Calendar component
  2. Click on the Settings tab
  3. Click the Manage Locations button
  4. Click the Setup Availability button for the desired location
    1. If it is a new location you will need to create the location first before you can setup the business hours
