How to Create/Edit Equipment for Scheduling*

Overview

StudioCloud EmployeeBoost allows you to schedule events on the calendar that will use specific equipment.  Doing this allows you to prevent double booking or specific equipment.  This tutorial provides instructions on how to setup your equipment.

How to Create/Edit Equipment

  1. Go to the Calendar component
  2. Click on the Settings tab
  3. Click the Manage Equipment button
  4. Click the New Equipment button or find and edit an existing piece of equipment

How to Setup the Equipment Business Hours

  1. Go to the Calendar component
  2. Click on the Settings tab
  3. Click the Manage Equipment button
  4. Click the Setup Availability button for the desired piece of equipment
    1. If it is a new piece of equipment you will need to create the piece of equipment first before you can setup the business hours
