JavaScript must be enabled in order for you to use Knowledgebase Manager Pro. However, it seems JavaScript is either disabled or not supported by your browser. To use Knowledgebase Manager Pro, enable JavaScript by changing your browser options, then try again. Learn more.
There is a bug with Adobe AIR that can randomly cause your system to disable Adobe AIR automatic updates. This can cause a problem when updating StudioCloud. An image of the error is below.
If this is the error you are receiving then please install the settings Manager application available at http://helpx.adobe.com/air/kb/archived-air-sdk-version.html#main_Disable_automatic_updates_of_the_runtime_ and then use that to Enable Adobe AIR automatic updates.
After you have done that please retry the StudioCloud update.
