How to Create a Pipeline for Clients*
Overview
Client pipelines are used to track the status of a client, prospective, or lead. The pipeline steps should occur one after another.
How to Create/Edit a Client Pipeline- Go to the Clients component
- Click on the Settings tab
- Click the Manage Lead Pipelines button in the Client Pipelines section
- Click the New Pipeline button or find the pipeline you want to edit and click the edit icon
- Add a name for the pipeline
- If this will be the default pipeline for all new leads then select the Default Pipeline For New Leads checkbox
- Add stages to the pipeline by clicking the Add Pipeline Stage button and then click on the name of the new pipeline stage and edit it
- Click the Save button
