Overview

This tutorial provides a breakdown of the various ways to view reports based on leads.

How to View the Leads By Day

This report provides a breakdown of the leads based on the day they were created. The report also includes a summary and a list of the leads referrals.

  1. Click on the Clients component
  2. Click on the Reports tab
  3. Click the View Leads Per Day button

How to View the Leads By Month

This report provides a breakdown of the leads based on the month they were created. The report also includes a summary and a list of the leads referrals.

How to View the Leads By Year

This report provides a breakdown of the leads based on the year they were created. The report also includes a summary and a list of the leads referrals.

How to View the Lead Conversion Rate

This report provides a breakdown of the number of leads in a specific time frame, how many of them booked a session, and the conversion percentage.

  1. Click on the Clients component
  2. Click on the Reports tab
  3. Click the View Leads Conversion % button

How to Understand the Lead Conversion Rate

The lead conversion report provides the following numbers which are listed below.

  • Total Number of Leads In Time Frame
    • This number includes leads that were converted to prospective clients or clients. If a client was created as a client or prospective client it would not be included in this number unless it was converted to a lead at some point.
  • Total Number of Leads In Time Frame Converted To Clients
    • This number shows the total number of leads that have been converted to clients. A lead can be converted to a client by manually converting it, adding it to a session, appointment or event whose calendar type is setup to automatically convert leads to clients, or by adding a lead to an invoice.
  • Percentage of Leads In Time Frame converted to Clients
    • This percentage is calculated using the following formula:
      • ((Number of leads in time frame converted to clients / Total number of leads in time frame) * 100)
  • Number of Leads in Time Frame that booked a session, appointment, or event
    • This number is the number of leads in the time frame that have booked a session, appointment, or event.
  • Percentage of Leads in Time Frame that booked a session, appointment or event
    • This percentage is calculated using the following formula:
      • ((Number of leads in time frame that booked a session, appointment or event / Total number of leads in time frame) * 100)
