How to View the Event Invoice Analyzer

  1. Go to the Calendar component
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Click the Event Invoice Analyzer button

When to use the Event Invoice Analyzer

The event invoice analyzer has an event summary and an invoice summary.

The event summary answers the following questions:

  • How many invoices were created for a session
  • How much money did you make for a session
  • How much money is outstanding for a session
  • Which employee was scheduled for the session

The invoice summary answers the following questions:

  • The event/session date for the invoice
  • The name of the session for the invoice
  • The calendar type for the invoice
