Problem Loading Logo

Overview

This tutorial shows how to get StudioCloud to show a logo in the invoice PDF. This only applies to users who have experienced the error "there was a problem loading your logo".

How to Resolve the Invoice Logo Issue

  1. Open and login to StudioCloud
  2. Go to the Point of Sale component
  3. Click on the Settings tab
  4. Click the Manage Invoice Logo button in the Invoice Look & Feel section
  5. In the Manage Invoice Logo window click the Logo Options button and select the Load Logo From StudioCloud option
  6. Click the Save button
