Unable to Open Acrobat
OverviewSometimes users will receive a
popup message that reads "Unable to Open Acrobat" and causes StudioCloud
to crash when they are trying to view a PDF report. If you receive
this error please make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat
Reader installed on your computer. Please see Problems Opening PDF Files for instructions on how to update to the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader.
