How to Backup and Restore StudioCloud From Your Computer

Overview

This tutorial will show you how to backup and restore your StudioCloud information for your own personal backup or to send to a StudioCloud technician.

Warning

Let the program sync completely one time to make sure that all of the data that has been saved locally has been synced to the server.

If you do not do this and there is data that has not been synced to the cloud you may end up with duplicate data when it does sync to the cloud

How to Backup your StudioCloud Information

Click on Settings in the StudioCloud program
Click the Technical Support button
Click the Backup StudioCloud To Computer button

How to Restore your StudioCloud Information

Click on Settings in the StudioCloud program
Click the Technical Support button
Click the Restore StudioCloud From Computer button
