How to Send StudioCloud Backup File for Troubleshooting
OverviewSometimes it is necessary for a StudioCloud technician to access your StudioCloud account.
For the quickest resolution to an issue, a technician may request you
send your StudioCloud backup file. Only send your StudioCloud file if
directed by a technician. If you are experiencing issues where you can not fully sync we recommend
that you do not make any changes to the program on this computer until
we contact you again regarding this issue. If you make changes and they
are unable to sync on your computer then they will be lost when you
restore the backup file that the technicians will send to you.
How to Send your Backup File to StudioCloud When Logged In- Go to the Settings component
- Click the Technical Support button
- Click the Send Backup To StudioCloud Support button in the Maintenance section
- Please notify the technician via email, trouble ticket, or live chat that you have submitted your backup file
How to Send your Backup File to StudioCloud If you do not have access to Settings- Click the Actions menu button on the bottom bar of the program
- Click the Support menu
- Click the Backup StudioCloud To CloudStorage menu item
- Please notify the technician via email, trouble ticket, or live chat that you have submitted your backup file
How to Send your Backup File to StudioCloud From The Login Screen- Click the Need Help? menu button on the bottom bar of the program
- Click the Technical Support menu item
- Click the Send Backup To StudioCloud Support button
- Please notify the technician via email, trouble ticket, or live chat that you have submitted your backup file
