StudioCloud offers the following support options. Please note that StudioCloud does not offer phone support.

Free Account Only Subscriber

StudioCloud does not provide support for free accounts

Paid Subscriber or 15 day free trial user

If you are a paid subscriber or have a 15 day free trial StudioCloud offers the following support options.

  • 1. Email trouble ticket support. 
    • To access this support level please email support@studiocloud.com
  • 2. Live chat support
    • To access this support please go to StudioCloud.com and click on the "Have A Question" button.

If StudioCloud can not resolve an issue by email or live chat we will schedule a phone call and/or screen share with you to address the issue.

Trouble Tickets Response Time

While StudioCloud does its best to respond to trouble tickets in a timely manner we do not guarantee a response time. Typically responses are given within a few hours but responses can take longer if the issue requires the team to spend considerable time looking into the issue. Trouble tickets are not responded to on weekends although they are monitored.

Trouble Ticket Priority

Trouble tickets are responded to on a first come first serve basis.

Trouble Tickets Resolution Time

Each trouble tickets is different and, as such, it is impossible for StudioCloud to give an estimated time for resolution for all trouble tickets.
