This tutorial explains how to request to have your StudioCloud account permanently deleted.

How to Permanently Delete a StudioCloud Account

To prevent fraudulent attempts to permanently delete StudioCloud accounts there is a protocol in place.  

To have your account permanently deleted you must do the following:

• Submit a request to support@studiocloud.com from the email address that is associated with your StudioCloud account.
• Include your StudioCloud business ID in the email.

Once we have received that email the StudioCloud team will process the account deletion. Please note, account deletions can take up to 7 business days to complete.
