Pipelines and Free Accounts

Overview

A paid subscription is required for pipelines. Any StudioCloud subscription will do. 


I am a free account that was created BEFORE Sept 14, 2017. Do I have access to pipelines?

Yes, We gave free accounts access to pipelines that were created before Sept 14, 2017 as a thank you for giving feedback on the newly introduced pipelines. Please note that if you have one of these free accounts you have access to pipelines but not to scheduled messages. You would need a paid subscription to get access to scheduled messages.


I am a free account that was created AFTER Sept 14, 2017. Do I have access to pipelines?

No, You do not have access to pipelines or scheduled messages. You would have to have a paid subscription in order to get access to those features. Any paid StudioCloud subscription will do.


I am a free account that was created AFTER Sept 14, 2017. I used to have access to pipelines. Why do I no longer have access?

We recently identified an issue where a few free accounts created after Sept 14, 2017 were incorrectly given access to pipelines. This issue has been resolved. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to know which free accounts were affected as the issue was caused by a minor issue in the local database. We apologize if you were one of those free accounts. If you would like to continue to use pipelines please upgrade to a paid subscription. Any subscription will do and they start at $10 per month.
