Forgot Business ID, Username or Password

This tutorial provides the instructions how to get your login credentials emailed to you if you have forgotten your Business ID, Username, or Password.

How To Get Your Login Credentials Emailed To You From StudioCloud If You Are Not Logged In

Open StudioCloud's desktop business management software

Please note that you will need to download and install StudioCloud's desktop business management software before you can open it.

On the main log-in screen, click on Options
Choose "Forgot Business ID, Username, or Password"
Enter your email address and your login information will be emailed to the email address saved with StudioCloud

How To Get Your Login Credentials Emailed To You From StudioCloud If You Are Logged In

Click On Settings
Choose "Email Login Credentials"
Enter your email address and your login information will be emailed to the email address saved with StudioCloud

How To Find Your Business ID and Username If You Are Logged In

These instructions can be used if you need to determine your Business ID and Username and you are already logged in to the program.

Go to the Settings component
Click on the General Settings tab
View your Business ID and Username under the StudioCloud Information heading
