Send Email Invites

Overview

The "Send Email Invites" box sends invitations to selected clients, notifying them their album is ready for viewing.

How To Send A CloudProofing Email To A Client

1. Edit An Existing Album

2. Click the Actions tab
   
3. Click the Send Email Invites button

Section Fields

• Field: Subject
• Usage: Enter the subject heading that will appear on the e-mail invite.
• Field: Message
• Usage: Enter the message that will be sent to clients in the e-mail invite.
• Field: Album
• Usage: This will display instructions on how to login to view the album.
• Field: Emails
• Usage: Add e-mail addresses to the invite by clicking the "Add Email Address" button; type in the e-mail address of the individual being invited to view the album and click save. To add additional e-mail addresses, click the "Add Email Address" button again, once all the information is complete, click the "Send Emails" button located in the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
