How to Restore a Deactivated Account

Overview

When you cancel a subscription with StudioCloud, your account will be active until the end of your next billing cycle and then it will automatically deactivate. In most cases, your accountwill be automatically converted to a free account; however, in some cases you will get a popup message telling you the account has been deactivated.  If that occurs please send an email to support@studiocloud.com letting us you know that you need to reactivate your free accountalong with your StudioCloud Business ID.  If you are looking purchase EmployeeBoost then please see the instructions below.

Purchasing EmployeeBoost

  1. Go to https://studiocloud.com/register.html
  2. Login using your existing Business ID, Username, and Password. 
  3. Then select the products that you would like to purchase and provide your credit card information
  4. Once you have completed the purchase process your account will be reactivated.
