Basic Workflow Concepts
StudioCloud’s workflow is divided into 3 sections. Those categories are lead tracking, session tracking, and order tracking. You can conceptually think of them as lead tracking is when you first encounter a lead, session tracking are what you need to track before or after a session, while order tracking is tracking what needs to be delivered to a customer after they order.
