Copy Data From One Account To Another

Overview

This service is for StudioCloud to copy the information listed below from one StudioCloud account to a different StudioCloud account.

Billing Rate

This service costs a one time fee of $150 per StudioCloud account. If more than one StudioCloud account needs information copied into it it is $150 per each StudioCloud account.

Who would use this service?

This service is usually used by a chain or franchise to setup a new StudioCloud account

Are there refunds for this service?

No. There are no refunds for this service

How to get started

Email support@studiocloud.com with the following information:

  • The StudioCloud business id of the account that you want the information copied from.
  • The StudioCloud business id of the account that you want the information copied to.
  • Which account will be billed for the service. A paid StudioCloud subscription is required for this service.

What Information Is Copied

Here is the list of items that are copied from one StudioCloud account to another and the disclaimer regarding information that requires manual edit after it is copied.

  • Calendar Types
    • Includes: Calendar Types and Calendar Sub-types
      • This will transfer all Calendar Types even if a calendar type of the same name exists already. If there is a calendar type with the same name there will be two calendar types after the transfer. We recommend archiving the calendar types before the transfer.
      • Email templates associated with the calendar type will be transferred along with the calendar type.
  • Templates
    • Includes: Email Templates, SMS Text Message Templates, Document Templates, eContract Templates
      • This will transfer all templates even if a template with the same name already exists in StudioCloud. If there is a template with the same name there will be two templates after the transfer.
  • Pipelines
    • Includes: Lead Pipelines, Event Pipelines, and Order Pipelines
    • Disclaimer: 
      • Pipelines that assign a specific employee will not assign that employee in the new StudioCloud account because that employee only exists in the original one
      • Scheduled Messages associated with a pipeline will NOT be transferred and will need to manually be recreated in the new account
  • Price Lists
    • Includes: Products, Services, Packages, and Price Lists
      • This will transfer all items even if an item of the same name exists already. If there is a product with the same name there will be two products after the transfer.
  • CloudForms
    • Includes all CloudForms including CloudForms with integrated CloudBooking
      • Disclaimer: 
        • CloudBooking CloudForms will not show the available time slots until they are edited and manually setup again
  • CloudAlerts
    • Includes: Email and Text Message CloudAlerts
      • Note: The Email and Text message templates associated with the CloudAlert will also be transferred
  • Security Roles
    • Note: If the security role name already exists in the new account it will not be copied over
  • Scheduling Roles
    • Note: If the scheduling role name already exists in the new account it will not be copied over

Transfer Time

It will take approximately one hour to transfer the data.
