How Setup a Pipeline Stage to Email a Form with a Contract

Overview

This tutorial will step you through the process of setting up StudioCloud to email a lead or client, from a pipeline stage, to have them fill out a form and sign a contract. First, you will create the contract that you want to send. Then you create the form and add any information that you want to collect from the lead or client when getting the contract signed. StudioCloud will take this info that is added into the form and will automatically populate the contract with their info. Then you will set up the email template that will send them the link for the form and contract. Once you set all of these things up you can use these same templates in different places throughout StudioCloud.

To add a contract to a CloudForm Click on the Settings tab and Select the contract under the "Contract to eSign" header

Select the "email client" option when the pipeline stage is activated as shown in the video below.
